Sometimes (who are we kidding---a lot of the time), work, life, and all of our day-to-day obligations can accumulate to the point where we just want to curl up into a ball with a bowl of fresh popcorn. But why just curl up into a ball when you can do a bit of soothing yoga for stress and anxiety? NYC-based teacher and psychotherapist Merav Ben Horin is putting a series of free videos together, all with a special focus on the effects of body on mind, and vice versa (you can subscribe to Merav's videos via her YouTube channel, found here). This lovely soothing at-home sequence is an early favorite of ours. Downward-facing dog with a bolster? Yes please!
